Cape Community Real Estate is a full service real estate department that monitors the resales of deed-restricted home ownership units under the Homes For Good program. Developers work with Cape Community Real Estate for the marketing and conducting lotteries for affordable homes. Cape Community Real Estate has marketed over 60 homes this year to potential affordable homebuyers.
