MBHP is a full service real estate agency that can provide first time homebuyers and sellers with professional real estate sales/broker services. We currently partner with both Community Teamwork Inc. in Lowell and the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance in offering first time homebuyer classes.
Additionally, our Housing Consumer Education Center serves as a resource for information and referral to homebuyers and homeowners on areas ranging from affordable homeownership opportunities and lotteries, mortgage products, soft second loans, credit counseling and foreclosure prevention. Through its Homes for Good program, MBHP monitors the re-sales of all affordable homeownership units developed through the Homeownership Opportunity Project and the Local Initiative Project in the following towns: Arlington, Bedford, Chelsea, Medford, North Reading, Wakefield and Wilmington.
