SMOC is an approved first-time Homebuyer Education Center that offers classes to low- to moderate-income people looking to purchase homes. We have a licensed realtor on staff and are able to provide sales assistance and related services.
SMOC is also responsible for monitoring the resales of approximately 250 Home Opportunity Project and Local Initiative Project homes in the greater Metrowest and Blackstone Valley region. SMOC also has experience in rehabilitating existing housing for sale to first time homebuyers earning 80% or less of the area median income.
