A central part of South Shore Housing's Housing Consumer Education Center is the Home Ownership Center. The Home Ownership Center provides services for potential home owners as well as present homeowners. We offer financial literacy programs, first time homebuyer workshops, a Homebuyers Club and various home loans. Homes for Good has become an integral part of the Home Ownership Center. We monitor the resale of 277 Homeownership Opportunity and Local Initiative Project units in Plymouth and Bristol Counties. South Shore Housing is also the parent company of South Shore Realty, a full service real estate company covering all of the South Shore. This company works in conjunction with the Home Ownership Center with a policy of full disclosure.
