Berkshire Housing is a real estate agency that offers first time homebuyers professional real estate services. We are in the process of implementing a broker service program which will be available only to sellers of the condominium units that we manage. Berkshire Housing is also responsible for monitoring the resales of Homeownership Opportunity Project units in Berkshire County.

Berkshire Housing also constructs new housing units and rehabs housing units for first time homebuyers earning 80% or less of median income. In addition to our work developing and managing housing, we also conduct education workshops for first time homebuyers.
