Franklin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority offers first-time homebuyer workshops throughout the year at several different locations. Through our Housing Consumer Education Center we are also able to offer limited homebuying counseling as well as homebuyer support.

Franklin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority monitors the resales of all Housing Opportunity Project units in the county. There are close to 40 units in Franklin County. In order to better serve the community, we are creating a Ready Buyers List, a list of potentially eligible and interested first-time homebuyers for when resales become available.
