HAP, Inc. is a full service housing agency that can offer both first time homebuyer and rental services. Not only does the team in Development hold real estate licenses, but they provide full property development services to governmental agencies and developers. HAP intertwines property development with first time homeownership for the ultimate goal of expanding affordable homeownership to low- to moderate-income earners. We also monitor the resales of all Homeownership Opportunity and Local Initiative Project units in Hampden and Hampshire Counties and are currently working on gaining new affordable homeownership projects. The present monitoring consists of over 75 units in Hampden and Hampshire counties.
