Description

We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team!

Homes for Good Housing Agency is a high performing public housing authority located in Eugene Oregon, servicing all of Lane County (4,600 sq. miles). The Agency’s primary work is to help low-income Lane County residents access and maintain affordable housing.

As a key role in our Property Management department, the Assistant Property Manager supports Homes for Good’s mission by coordinating and performing property management functions to ensure excellent customer service, maximum occupancy, successful tenancy, program compliance and self-sufficiency of program participants at our Bridges on Broadway site, which is part of our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) portfolio. Bridges on Broadway is a partnership with Lane County and Oregon Department of Human Services. Bridges on Broadway is located at 599 East Broadway in Eugene OR. Bridges on Broadway is a former hotel being operated by Homes for Good Housing Agency to provide 50 rooms that temporarily lodge individuals and families that lost their homes to the devastating Holiday Farm Fire in 2020. The former Hotel was purchased by Lane County with a grant from Oregon Community Foundation. Once the hotel is no longer used to lodge people and families displaced by the wildfires, Homes for Good plans to convert the Hotel into Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units that would house individuals struggling with homelessness.
