If you live at a property where you pay rent to Homes for Good, please fill out and submit the information below to request maintenance in your unit or call 541-682-4010. For after hours emergency work orders or during the weekend, please call 541-359-8874. If you pay rent to Quantum or Pinehurst Management properties, click here. If you have a Section 8 Voucher and pay rent to a private landlord, click here.

Please note! Homes for Good will not call you back to confirm your work order and we do not call ahead to let you know we’re coming - the fact that you are requesting maintenance services means you are giving us permission to enter your unit. If we do the work when you are not home, we will leave a notice letting you know.
