Description

We're looking for a knowledgeable and dependable Project Coordination Specialist to join our team!

Homes for Good Housing Agency is a high performing public housing authority located in Eugene Oregon, servicing all of Lane County (4,600 sq. miles). The Agency’s primary work is to help low-income Lane County residents access and maintain affordable housing.

As a key role in our Real Estate Development Division, the Project Coordination Specialist works under the general direction of the Project Development Manager, performing complex administrative support duties in support Homes for Good project development activities related to the design and construction of new housing developments, redevelopment, and rehabilitation of Agency properties. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING GUIDELINES: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Experience: A minimum of three years of experience related to affordable housing and/or office administration.

Training: A bachelor’s degree with major coursework in areas such as finance, business, real estate, planning, public policy, or a related field is desirable.

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Oregon vehicle driver’s license, and be insurable at standard rates. The successful candidate must pass a physical examination and background investigation, at Homes for Good’s expense, before beginning work.

COMPENSATION: The pay range for this position $3,646.60 - $4654.10 per month with a generous benefits package which includes paid health, dental and vision insurance for you and your family after one month of employment, along with life insurance and a 12% contribution of your monthly salary into a retirement account after 6 months of employment.
